Direct answers to the questions that keep coming up before an ERP decision.

Frequent questions

Is the interface fully Arabic?

Arabic is the primary language and right-to-left is structural, not a stylesheet applied at the end. English is available per user, and the English text is written rather than machine-translated.

Where is our data hosted?

Hosting is local, inside Oman, and each organisation is isolated at the database level rather than only in the interface.

Does it support Omani e-invoicing?

Yes. Finance includes a dedicated Omani tax and e-invoicing module, working on the same invoices sales creates.

How does it handle the Omani rial?

The Omani rial carries three decimal places, display precision comes from currency configuration rather than a constant, and amounts are stored and computed at full decimal precision.

How are permissions handled across departments?

Every action has its own permission, every user has a data scope across company, branch, warehouse and project, and separation-of-duties rules block conflicting combinations.

Can we start with only some modules?

Yes. Modules are enabled by subscription, with a check that whatever you enable has its dependencies, so nothing half-works quietly.

What does the system record about changes?

Every sensitive action is written to an append-only audit trail holding the actor, the time, the value before and after, and the session it came from.
